Using modern technologies for data science, AI and ML, we analyze behavioral cues collected while users engage with web applications to classify and predict end-user intent. ForMotiv is helping leading financial service companies to improve online experiences as well as reduce risk and fraud. ForMotiv is a real-time behavioral intelligence tool that helps companies fill in the missing link when it comes to their customer data - their digital body language.

As insurance continues to move online, carriers are shifting from face-to-face interactions to faceless digital interactions. With that, they are now making more important underwriting decisions faster, with less data, and no understanding of user intent. The need for a predictive, 1st party dataset has never been more important.

 

ForMotiv’s 1st party behavioral data and intent solution is the first of its kind and allows carriers to understand their digital users as if they were sitting right in front of them. We do this by analyzing users' digital body language collected while they engage with web applications to classify and predict their intent, in real-time. Our Behavioral Data Science platform collects thousands of behavioral micro-expressions, such as keystrokes, typing speed, mouse movements, hesitation, and hundreds of other behavioral cues and predicts intent such as confusion, frustration or the likelihood of a user to abandon, convert, be high-risk, and more.

 

Responsibilities

Having established a successful product-market fit with multiple F100 logos, we’re looking to move into the next phase of our hypergrowth GTM by establishing and scaling an enterprise sales force. This is a rare opportunity to get in on the ground-floor of a rapidly growing international startup.

 

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be responsible for delivering the ForMotiv value to F500 Insurance and Financial Services companies as well as:

  • Articulating the value of the ForMotiv First-Party Behavioral Data Platform to C-level executives
  • Strategically and rapidly develop organic pipeline
  • Navigate complex enterprise organizations and develop value-based ROI proposals
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive account plan
  • Forecast sales activity and associated revenue accurately in Hubspot

 

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of successful quota carrying B2B sales (>$1M annually)
  • Experience selling into large Insurance and Financial Services organizations a plus
  • Technically adept: ability to articulate both business and technical value proposition of behavioral data
  • Excellent organization, prioritization, and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Located on the East Coast a plus
