Job Description: 

We are looking for a talented Senior Product Manager to work closely with our engineering and data science teams. We’re actively creating turnkey behavioral data science products, and looking for a Senior Product Manager to help lead the team in product definition and execution. This is a rare opportunity to get in on the ground-floor of a rapidly growing international startup. As our Senior Product Manager, you will report to the VP of Product and work cross-functionality, with a focus on supporting the engineering team. 

• Lead product management activities for our projects, including planning, development, and implementation of new technical products
• Facilitate requirement gathering sessions with key stakeholders and the data science and engineering teams 
• Create detailed technical specifications and ensure requirements are fully understood by all stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create solutions that support our company vision
• Manage the product backlog and planning activities for projects within the engineering team
• Lead prioritization of projects, balancing the short-term needs with the long-term vision
• Contribute to the vision, roadmap, and goals of the technology
• Plan and execute on appropriate documentation and training post-development

• 5+ years of product management experience preferably with enterprise software or platform products
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and leading execution in an agile delivery model
• Experience with software development processes and tools such as Scrum, Kanban, and Jira
• Experience with BI tools, data structures, and general data visualization
• Strong leadership skills, with experience driving development teams to successful outcomes
• Effective communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, organized and a willing to learn (and be taught)
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, unstructured startup environment
• Eagerness to wear multiple hats and lend a hand to your teammates when called upon

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background working with front-end user interfaces and/or data products
• Experience working on an AWS tech stack 
• A background in insurance working at carriers and/or a background working at enterprise software companies that sell into the insurance industry
